Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.
Your return window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return or exchange it. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
How to start a return
Email support@olymplondon.com with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. You can also start a request from our Returns and Exchanges page. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not post anything back before you have heard from us.
Condition of returned items
Items should come back unworn and in the condition you received them, with any tags and original packaging included. Please try footwear on indoors, on a clean surface. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
If the size is wrong we will exchange it for another size at no extra cost to you, subject to availability. If the size you need is not available we will refund you instead.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will cover the cost of return and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Return postage
For change of mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we pay it.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show it on your statement.
Items we cannot accept
Items worn outdoors, altered, washed, or sent back without contacting us first.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel a distance purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where those rules apply to your order.
